How it works:

  • we'll schedule our 45 min calls at your convenience over the 4 or 6 weeks.
  • There are 3 calls for the 4 weeks, or 5 for the 6 week option, and all of the sessions will be recorded
  • we'll set some general OR specific goals tailored just for you
  • we'll meet online to go over what is and is not working, and I'll help you with additional worksheets, activities, and planning options
